Used to remove stubborn neck bearing frame cups from the frame neck with controlled force. Fits all external 48311-60 style neck cups on 49-87 models with a 1" fork stem (where I.D. of neck cup is approx. 1.050" / 26.67mm). Note: Tool 998351 requires 998377 driver handle with magnetic wedge spacer. USA made.
