These S&S Big bore cylinder kits give you a large displacement increase with a small price. Your original crankcase, flywheel, cylinder heads, oil pump, and cam cover are reused. Silver or wrinkle black powder coat cylinders match factory finish. These 4 1/8" bore cylinders are .060" shorter than stock, so you won't meet any frame clearance issues. Piston weight is the same as stock 96 and 103CI Twin Cams, so no balancing required. Comes with plated pistons for extreme durability and piston skirts feature low friction Wiseco ArmorGlide coating. Cylinders and pistons are pre-fit and ready to install and come complete with piston pins, clips, rings, head and base gaskets. Installation requires the crankcases to be machined to accommodate the larger 4 1/8" bore cylinders. Also may require the stock manifold to be shortened by sanding some material off each side of the intake runner.
Note: 2014-2016 Twin-Cooled Touring models require the separate purchase of fmc-760444 head gasket set.
