If a battery is left in an almost discharged state, a crystal-like material forms on the surface of the battery plate. This leads to a higher conductivity resistance and the battery is no longer able to store a full charge. The “Sulphate-Stop” formula drastically reduces the formation of sulphate crystals on the surface of the battery plate and increases the life expectancy. - Note: This conventional lead-acid battery must be filled with electrolyte (a mixture of sulphuric acid and water) before use. The Fmc Store does not supply electrolyte for batteries.
